Format:

• Sections & Rounds: Hexes (Groups of 6; Highest rated to lowest rated); 4 Round DSS (Play 2 games against each opponent for total of 8 games)
• Official Rating Used: Higher of your USCF regular or Blitz rating will be used. This rating will be based on your ratings as of July 29, 2026. Other ratings may be used at TD's discretion.
• Time Control: G/3; inc 2.
• Awards: 1st place: $65 2nd: $25 in each Hex (Paid via Zelle on Saturday July 11)
• Entry Fee: $25 by 4/20/26, $30 by 5/20, $35 by 6/20, $45 on July 20 or after.
• Late Registration: After 6:45pm on July 31
• Membership: USCF membership required for all players. You may join onsite. Players will not be allowed to compete in round 1 without a valid membership.
• Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are given if requested by July 22 due to fixed costs. There is a $10 admin fee charged per tournament per player. Please allow 5-10 days for processing. Withdrawals: If you wish to withdraw from a tournament, please contact a tournament director and inform him/her of your decision to not continue participating in the tournament. Thank you.
