National Junior Chess Congress Blitz Tournament
(USCF Blitz Rated; Grades K-12)

Round 1 starts at 6:30pm

Format:

2 Sections: Open, Under 1200

Time Control: G/3; delay 2. 5 round double swiss. This means you play 1 game as white and 1 game as black against each opponent for a total of 10 games. There is no elimination.

Awards: Top 5 players in each section.

Entry Fee: $30 before June 11, $40 on June 11 or after.

Membership: USCF membership required for all playes. You may join onsite. Players will not be allowed to compete in round 1 without a valid membership.

1/2 point Byes: (Meaning: You are not able to play in that round due to another conflict. Ex: Your son/daughter has a baseball game to play in.): 1 available

Rating Placement: Your blitz rating on 6/25/22 midnight PST will be official ratings used. The decision of the chief tournament director regarding eligibility, rating adjustments, unofficial ratings, or similar issues is final.
