  • Open to Players:
    1. Any youth under the age of 19 (birthdate determination: your age as of 5/1/2026) with a USCF rating over 1800 as of May 1, 2026.
    2. Any adult over the age of 19.


  • Membership/Rules:USCF membership is required. All USCF rules will be followed.
  • Prizes: 50% of all entry fees. Distribution will be listed after the completion of round 2. An email will be sent to you showing the total dollar amount of all entry fees. It will then show the prizes distributed among the rating levels (Ex: 1st: ___ 2nd: ____ 1st U1900: ___ etc) and the exact dollar amount of each prize. Prizes will be paid based on the Zelle or Paypal ID you list onsite and once all prizes are confirmed with the final standings.
  • Round Times: Sat: 9am, 1:30pm, 4:30pm Sun: 9am, 1:30pm,
  • Time Control: G/60; inc 30
  • Entry Fee: $85 by March 15, 2026, $95 by March 31, 2026, $110 on April 1 or after.
  • 1/2 point Byes (Meaning you won't be able to play in that round due to another conflict): 1 available. Must be requested 2 hours prior to the start of the round you wish to have the bye in. They are irrevocable once requested.

  • Refund/Withdrawal Policies: All refund requests of tournament entry fees will be granted with a fee of $20 per tournament. Refunds are offered up to March 31 at midnight EST. No refunds on May 1 or after due to fixed costs.If you wish to withdraw prior to the start of the tournament beginning, please contact [email protected]. If you wish to withdraw onsite, please contact a tournament director onsite and notify him/her of your withdrawal.
