Format:

1. 3 Sections: Under 1200, Under 800, Under 400 & UNR
2. Time Control: G/45; delay 5
3. Rounds: 9am, 10:45am, 1:45pm, 3:30pm
4. Awards: Top 4 In Each Section
5. Entry Fee (For Each Tournament): $20 by June 30, $25 by August 31, $35 September 1 - December 15, $50 on December 16 or after.
   
6. Membership: USCF membership required for all sections. All USCF rules apply.
7. 1/2 point Byes: (Meaning: You are not able to play in that round due to another conflict. Ex: Your son/daughter has a baseball game to play in.): 1 available each day.
8. Tournament Official Ratings: Ratings on 12/25/25 midnight PST will be official ratings used for all three tournaments.
9. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds will be given until round 1 starts on each tournament. There is a $10 service charge for each tournament. Please allow 5 business days to process (or 10 as we get closer to the tournament).



10. You may play in the scholastic tournament on Sunday December 28 and also compete in the Main Event ($5,000 prize fund) 2 Day Schedule on Monday and Tuesday.
